Doberman Waiting List & Deposits

The majority of our puppies are sold via our waiting list and deposit system before they are 6 weeks old. In fact, in the ten years we have existed zero puppies of the red color or fawn coloring have ever made it to 8 weeks old without being taken by a waiting list member or deposit. If you are looking for a Doberman of a certain color or with a certain working temperament the best way to ensure that you get what you are looking for is either joining our waiting list or placing a deposit on a puppy that has made it through the waiting list.

The waiting list gets first dibs of every new litter. They get access to our members only puppy update page where they can watch webcams of the puppies and see candid photo updates on a regular basis. The members of our waiting list also get the best pricing on puppies with an automatic $500 discount for being on the waiting list. Puppies are not offered to the public until 6 weeks old.

A $500 deposit is required to enter the waiting list. This is a non refundable deposit that will be put toward the price of the puppy chosen by the member.

Here is how the waiting list process works:

1. You fill out the waiting list entry form.
2. We contact you to discuss what you are looking for and ensure we are on the same page of expectations.
3. We send you a deposit contract via DocuSign.
4. You fill out, sign, and return the deposit contract along with your deposit.
5. You create an account on the website are granted access to the member only pages.
6. You are given a number that represents your place in the waiting list line. This number will chance as other members chose their puppies. The highest number you can be is #1 which means you have first dibs on every puppy.
7.  We will personally send you photos of each puppy as the waiting list members in front of you reject them and you will have 2 days to accept or reject them yourself. If you do not accept them within 2 days we will automatically assume it is a rejection and offer the puppies to the next person on the waiting list.
8. Once you have accepted your puppy we will send you the puppy purchase contract via DocuSign. Once you have signed this your deposit is consider locked to that puppy. Failure to complete the purchase of that puppy will result in forfeiture of your deposit EXCEPT in the case we decide the puppy is not a match for you. If that is the case you will be returned to the same number in the waiting lit you were before you accepted the puppy.
9. You pickup your puppy when they are ready to go home.
