Breeder Terms Program

The GuardianKin Breeder Terms Program offers select, approved families the opportunity to serve as a trusted foster home for one of our future breeding dogs. This is a serious commitment — and a rewarding one. Read everything below carefully before applying.

What Is the Breeder Terms Program?

The Breeder Terms Program allows carefully vetted families to receive a GuardianKin puppy at a reduced or no upfront cost, in exchange for serving as the dog's foster home during its working years in our breeding program.

You will raise the dog as your own — it will live in your home, be part of your family, and be under your care day to day. In exchange, GuardianKin Kennels retains ownership and the right to use the dog in our breeding program for the duration of the contract.

When the dog is retired from our program, it is altered at our expense, ownership transfers to you permanently, and your $1,000 deposit is returned. The dog is yours — for keeps.

Program Terms & Requirements

This is a legally binding agreement. Applying does not guarantee placement. All applicants are subject to review, a background and/or credit check, and approval at the sole discretion of GuardianKin Kennels. A $1,000 refundable deposit is required prior to receiving a dog. Breach of contract will result in forfeiture of the deposit and immediate reclamation of the dog.
