No Rehoming — Return Contract
I understand that under no circumstances may I rehome, sell, surrender, or transfer this dog. If I am ever unable to keep the dog, I must return them to GuardianKin Kennels directly.
Annual Vet Exam & Yearly Update
I understand I must maintain an annual veterinary exam, keep rabies and combo vaccines current, keep heartworm prevention up to date, and submit a yearly update to GuardianKin with vet proof and a current photo.
