We offer 2 advanced training programs for our puppies. Because of the extreme time commitment for this program we currently can only have 3 advanced training puppies at one time. Each puppy will get a great deal of one on one time during this period. In order to start your puppy in one of our advanced programs you must have your puppy AND the chosen program’s fee paid in full on or before the day the puppy is 56 days old. We ONLY offer this training service for OUR puppies we do not allow outside puppies on our property.

Head Start Program – $1200

This 4 week program starts at 8 weeks old. This training is intended to ease the transition of your puppy into your home by introducing him to some of the things that will be expected of him in a still mostly familiar surrounding. The 2 week period between 6 weeks and 8 weeks does not allow us much time to get your puppy truly used to things like crating. This extra 4 weeks allows us to get the dog much more used to crating getting rid of that 2-4 day period of screaming many puppies will do when crated. It provides us much more 1 on 1 time with your puppy then caring for a full litter allows. Please note however as 12 week old puppy cannot be expected to be fully potty trained and there will likely still be accidents simply due to the fact that a 12 week old puppy is not yet mature enough to hold their potty needs long. This is what your puppy will learn before going home at 12 weeks with the head start program:

• Be introduced to a crate and well started on crate training. This gets the puppy through the initial screaming stages while crated.
• Be well started on potty training.
• Be well started on leashes and learning to sit on command.
• Receive their last combo vaccination.
• Be well introduced to their name and coming to it.
• Playing well with other dogs, cats, and started on ignoring livestock.
• Introduced well used to car rides.

Working Dog Foundations Program – $2500

This is an 8 week training program that starts at 8 weeks old and is intended to give the absolute best start to Dobermans who will have a future working in any canine job. It is important to note that these training programs are with very young dogs but help establish a life time of solid temperament. The fear stage that happens between 8 weeks and 12 weeks of age is one of the most important in your puppies life. Proper handling and socialization in this 8 weeks period can make or break your dogs future as a working animal. At the end of this program your puppy will be much more reliably potty trained but it should be noted that a dog is not fully potty trained usually until well over the age of two. This training is NOT a guarantee against potty accidents. This program covers:

• Fully crate trained and on a schedule for potty breaks.
• Walks well on a leash.
• Sits, comes, lays, and gives paw on command. Well started on heel and stay.
• Introduced to higher tier toys such as bite tugs.
• Fully vaccinated included rabies.
• Introduced to other animals, sounds, and a variety of people.
• Started on access training.
• Started on tasks associated with their future jobs like scent work, bite work, or service dog tasks.
