GuardianKin is working on building a new kennel facility and will be offering boarding to the general public. The planned facility includes a large kennel facility able to hold up 100 dogs, including luxury kennels for a homelike stay. We also plan to add a separate cattery building for boarding cats. We will also offer daycare for dogs and multiple upgrade options for your dogs stay to add fun and enrichment as well as grooming.

We also plan to build 10 play yards ranging from 1/4 to 3 acres in size featuring different enrichment from water features, agility courses, lure coursing, and dock diving.

In order to stay at our facility your dog must be fully vaccinated by a veterinarian, safe to handle for our staff, and in order to participate in daily play sessions with other dogs they must be safe with the other dogs. Dogs will be provided daily exercise in the form of time in one of our ten yards and if they are safe with other dogs they will be paired with other dogs of their size group for daily supervised play. Pet parents will be able to add on to their pets stay things like special play sessions, extra play sessions, extra walks, treats, and chews.

We currently estimate the daily price for a stay at our facility to be $30-45 a night, $180 a week, or $600 a month for basic boarding. Discounts will be available for multi month stays as well as multiple pets. We are hoping to make progress on this facility in 2025 with an opening date mid to late 2026.
