What are your payment options
Deposits are taken directly on our deposit contracts via major credit card. At pickup you have the option to pay in cash, CashApp, or Paypal. Both CashApp and Paypal have a 3% convenience fee.
Do you offer air shipping?
Due to restrictions by the major airlines currently cargo shipment of dogs is much more complicated and expensive. The airlines have alot of restrictions on pets in cargo and it may not be possible for you to get a puppy shipped via air cargo depending on a variety of factors. When it is possible there are fees outside of just the cost of the flight to factor in. To ship via air cargo we will need an airline approved crate which cost around $100 dollars. You will also need a vet certificate, we charge $75 to acquire one of these for you. And finally you will need to pay us a $200 fee for transport to the airport for your puppy. This is

in addition to any air cargo fees which on average for an 8 week old puppy is around $400-800.

Where can I pickup my puppy?
We are happy to meet people within 1 hour of our facility in Brantley AL. Due to safety reasons we now meet all buyers at a public location such as a store or police station. It is safer for both you and us. We can also bring your puppy to the airport to meet you or your hired flight nanny but there is a charge for this of $200 as it is a 4 hour one way drive to the airport for us. We also frequently travel to other cities nearby (Birmingham, Pensacola, Tallahassee, Ocala) for personal reasons and if we happen to be going to that area we can meet you there without an extra charge.
Can you bring my puppy to me?
Yes, we can. We offer ground transport from our facility to a public meeting location near of you for the entire lower 48 of the US. The cost for this service is $1.50 a mile.
Do you export puppies to other countries?
At this time we do not.
Can I come meet all the puppies to pick my puppy?
For safety reasons both for ourselves and our dogs we do not allow people to do this. All puppies are chosen from pictures or videos as well as out descriptions of which puppies are best for your situation. We can however meet you with a few puppies in a public location if you are having trouble picking AND the puppies are at least 7 weeks old to allow you to make an in person decision.
Do you own the parents?
For the most part we own both the sire and damn of our puppies but this is not ALWAYS the case. In ALL cases we own or co-own the dams of all of our puppies but there are times we use outside studs or lease studs for a short time to achieve the goals we have set forth for our program and to increase diversity within our own lines. We are not a broker, puppies sold by us were bred by us.
What is the buying process like?
There are 3 ways a purchase can go. Either we already have a puppy you are interested in, you fill out our questionnaire, we do our checks and once approved we decide if you need to put down a deposit of if you can pickup the puppy within a quick turnaround where a deposit is not needed. If you chose to just pickup the puppy we will email you a purchase contract and then meet with you to facilitate the exchange. If the puppy is not ready to go home or you are not ready to pickup then you will be emailed a deposit contract and purchase agreement for your puppy which you will sign and pay a deposit at the same time. We will update you frequently until the date you can come get the puppy and then we will meet with you to facilitate the exchange. Alternatively if we do not currently have a puppy you want but you want to be on our waitlist then we will send you a puppy deposit contract and you will sign that and put your deposit down and then wait to reach the top of the list and pick your puppy. Once you pick a puppy a Puppy Purchase Contract will be sent and then you will get updates about your puppy until they are old enough to go home.
What is included in the purchase price?
Your puppy will have 2 combo vaccinations,  be microchipped, have been wormed regularly, and be AKC registerable. They will also have 30 days free Trupanion pet insurance included free provided you activate the offer within 24 hours of taking them home. They will be docked and cropped (unless you have requested them to not be cropped) BY A VETERINARIAN. They will go home with a go home pack which includes a blanket that has their mom and littermates scents, some of their favorite toys, their collar with a kennel tag, a few days of food, some chews/treats, some backup puppy pads, any medication they are on (usually they will have medication associated with the crops) and their paperwork. Provided the terms of our contracts are met you also get a 5 year congenital health guarantee, a longevity guarantee, and working guarantee. There is also a lifetime return policy and lifetime emergency boarding.
If I did not get breeding rights but want to breed can I get them later?
If you feel your dog is breeding quality we are always open to discussing the release of the limited status of your dogs AKC paperwork provided you can prove the dog is breeding worthy by acquiring health testing, titles, and/or working ability of your dog on a case by case basis.
If I lost my papers can you help me get them back?
Maybe. We are happy to assist as much as we can in recovering paperwork but there may be a charge for this depending on how much effort is required on our end to do so. In most cases, especially in dogs born 2023 or later we can generally reprint your applications out or re email them to you. If you have ALREADY registered your dog with the AKC you will have to go to them to get your papers replaced. We can generally only assist you if you have lost your initial application and did not register the dog. Feel free to ask us if you need something more we are willing to help if we can.
